01. Made-to-Order
At Arrira Allure, we do not believe in the transience of “stock.” Every object is commissioned upon order.
Production & Delivery: Made-to-order items require a window of 8 to 12 weeks for completion and delivery.
The Velocity of Craft: While we prioritize precision, many orders conclude their journey significantly sooner. You will be notified the moment your object transitions from the workshop to transit.

03. International Shipping & Sovereignty
We ship to over 100 countries via specialized white-glove couriers.
Customs & Duties: For international orders, the client is the “Importer of Record.” Any local taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
Preparation: All objects are export-crated to museum standards to ensure structural integrity across air, sea, or land transit.
04. Rights & Restraints (UK Legal Notice)
Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemised on the order summary page. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will paid at the time of purchase. Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.
04. Rights & Restraints
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, please note the following:
Bespoke Nature: As our products are “Made to Order” and crafted to your specific selection, they are exempt from the standard 14-day “cooling-off” period. Once production has commenced, the order cannot be canceled or returned for a change of mind.
Acceptance of Goods: Delivery is deemed complete when the object reaches your specified address. Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon delivery.
